R&D Incubator

Welcome to the Cannalogix Foundation – Research and Development Incubator and Brain-Trust. Since our initial inception, the Foundation has remained a bridge for researchers, cultivators, patients and innovators to collaborate, explore, enhance, and advance the agronomic, pharmaceutical, and medical sciences of the cannabis plant for strict medical purposes. Please take a moment to re-familiarize yourself with Cannalogix Foundation, the R&D Incubator and current structure as some things have changed post consolidation with the Stormy Ray Cardholders’ Foundation.

The Cannalogix Foundation research includes but is not limited to; the individual indications, interactions, and delivery of specific phyto-cannabinoid, terpene, terpenoid, and phyto-chemical compounds in the direct targeting of symptoms, conditions, diseases, and cancers. Over the past 18 years, our research has led to the development of over 250 commonly (and not so commonly) used profiles, preparations, products, delivery technologies, and medical interfaces that could not have been possible for cannabis science given the regulatory framework if it were not for the Cannalogix Foundation’s unique approach to patient service.

Our research studies have narrowed into four (4) main research groups, with the occasional exception for a rare disease, pharmaceutical resistant drug, disabled/wounded veteran or sick child. These four (4) main research groups are; physiology, oncology, neurology, and psychology/addiction and the overall program encompasses the tracking of around 50 separate conditions in relation to over 1500 separate strains/cultivars.

SPECIAL NOTE TO PRODUCERS: Cannalogix Foundation welcomes premium, responsibly grown, clean, non-toxic, non-contaminated, non-GMO, non-chemically produced cannabis flower, oils, and products made with cannabis. For a full list of the minimum specifications to submit the products for enrollment click here. The foundation has set a high standard for the products researched since not all cannabis is created equal, nor is it all grown responsibly using all-natural, safe, non-toxic nutrients and pest/mold/mildew controls. Furthermore, the foundation testing standards exceed the state minimums for cannabis safety, the state bases their standards off of maximum parts per billion, when it comes to certain compounds, any parts per billion are considered UNACCEPTABLE and the products will not be enrolled, distributed, or researched in patients. Remember, just because it says ORGANIC and is OMRI certified, does not mean the product is safe for consumption or combustion.  Please consider this, as any product that fails testing is destroyed for safety and not returned to the originator since they almost transferred dangerous product in the first place. Please grow responsibly and safely, patients lives depend on clean, consistent supply of specified strains.

The Cannalogix Foundation Research and Development Incubator is a sub-division of Cannalogix Foundation. Cannalogix Foundation is now fully consolidated as a division of the Stormy Ray Cardholders’ Foundation – a 501(c)3 public charity and continues to be managed by J.B. Creel, Executive Vice President and Chief Research Officer.  This division also continues to serve as the institutional research arm of the Research and Development Incubator providing direct interface between phyto-pharmaceutical grade manufacturers, growers, patients, and other supporting professionals and or small family [craft] businesses. Cannalogix Foundation has suffered a variety of legislative restrictions that have resulted in the non-profit removing provision [supply/care] from the authority of our entity to maintain 501(c)3 status, essentially, we can no longer provide the most indigent of the Oregon masses with tax-free cannabis all thanks to Measure 91.
