The foundation is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 public charity, under the authority of the Oregon Secretary of State, Oregon Department of Justice, and is further registered as a charitable organization in Nevada. All donations and disbursements subject to audit and oversight by the federal government and multiple state regulatory agencies.
Some of the Donations made to the foundation can qualify for charitable contribution deductions on your personal United States Income Tax Returns. Combined federal and state income tax can reach as high as 50% of your taxable income. Thus, for every dollar you donate toward the Stormy Ray Cardholders’ Foundation, you may be able to reduce your income tax by 50 cents.

Disaster Relief for the U.S.V.I. :
It is a great honor for the Cannalogix Foundation and the Stormy Ray Cardholders’ Foundation to take part in helping our brothers and sisters in the United States Virgin Islands recover from the recent disaster. That campaign is run independently under foundation oversight by the Disaster Relief for the U.S.V.I. Board-Committee. Patient Sponsorship Program (PSP):
Each individual patient currently enrolled in the Patient Sponsorship Program has their own dedicated page to share their stories and fundraising needs/goals. The distribution of funds for individual campaigns vary by the individual, and the campaign, but are listed in the disclosure at the bottom of the campaign page. Each of the enrolled patients have waived their rights to HIPAA privacy in relation to the story and the fundraiser and have indemnified the foundation of all liabilities beyond hosting the fundraiser and distributing the funds.

Leukodystrophy (Multiple Types) – LeukoReleaf Research Study Fundraising Campaign for funding foundation Leukodystrophy research studies into specific phyto-cannabinoids and phyto-chemicals to help alleviate symptoms in those suffering from the debilitating effects of Leukodystrophy. Studies on subject children in our program indicate a strong correlation between the Endo-Cannabinoid System regulation and stimulation of neural activity, neurogenesis, and the lesion/myelin degeneration/seizure control.

Mitochondrial Diseases (such as but not limited to Leigh’s Disease) – MitoReleaf Research Study Fundraising Campaign to fund foundation research studies into specific phyto-cannabinoids and phyto-chemicals to help alleviate symptoms in those suffering from the debilitating effects of Mitochondrial Related diseases. This is a critical study, since so little data exists in how the Endo-Cannabinoid System stimulates or regulates Energy on a Cellular level.

Febrile Injection-Related Epilepsy Syndrome F.I.R.E.S. – F.I.R.E.S.Releaf Research Study Fundraising Campaign to fund foundation research studies into specific phyto-cannabinoids and phyto-chemicals to help alleviate symptoms in those suffering from the debilitating effects of F.I.R.E.S. This is a critical study since so little research exists and the need for these patients and their families is greater than the available resources for cannabis research funds.

Chiari Malf0rmation – ChiariReleaf Research Study Fundraising Campaign for funding foundation research studies into Chiari using specific phyto-cannabinoids and phyto-chemicals to help alleviate symptoms in those suffering from the debilitating effects of suffering from Chiari Malformation and all of the related symptoms. This is a critical study since so little research and resources for research exist for cannabis research.

Multiple Sclerosis – MSReleaf Research Study Fundraising Campaign for furthering foundation research into Multiple Sclerosis, in light of the recent revelation of the potential of cannabis closing lesions in the brain, this program will further research and develop products and protocol to further stimulate the generation on myelin sheath. This is a critical study since so many patients have the potential for side-effects almost as harmful as the disease itself when using the pharmaceutical options to treat their Multiple Sclerosis.

Multiple Cancers – CancerReleaf Research Study Fundraising Campaign for furthering foundation research into the effects of phyto-cannabinoids in inducing apoptosis (cell death) in various forms of cancer (hormonal and non-hormonal) related diseases. This is a continuance of the existing foundation research program into the treatment of cancer.

Community Programs & Projects (CPP):
Community Processing Laboratory – The implementation and establishment of a licensed and approved laboratory and commercial kitchen where patients can come and either pay for processing, or process their own medicine at affordable prices in a safe, responsible, regulated environment.

Community Analytic Laboratory – The implementation and establishment of a licensed, accredited, and standardized laboratory that is capable of providing legitimate verified testing of more than the average 10+/- phyto-cannabinoids and their associated phyto-chemicals, terpenes/terpenoids and content, while providing these services at a price patients can afford to verify personal product purity and the cleanliness of their environment.

Community Genetics Preservation Bank – The implementation and establishment of a licensed, certified, and secure genetics facility to adequately store and preserve seeds, clones, and tissue cultures for future use and deployment in the medical and nutritional fields for patients, researchers, and conscientious agricultural producers. Genetics will include but not be limited to; cannabis sativa (industrial hemp and high THC cultivars), hops, food crops, and other herbaceous plants from the Cannabaceae that prove to be essential to health.
